James Resource Management, LLC are a licensed real estate Brokers and registered Foresters, who have assisted clients in purchasing or selling thousands of acres of timberland in southeast Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina. We have completed timber appraisals in every state in the South from Virginia to Texas.
Many of our clients are looking to purchase more timberland or sell their existing timberland. We understand that each of our clients has different objectives. For some clients soil productivity and timber productioin are very important, for others it may be excellent hunting and game management. We will evaluate each property for the client and determine the timber, soil, wildlife population, development potential or investment analysis.
